    Unfortunately, that Google 411 number only provides business listings. If you want business, government, and residential listings (plus driving directions texted to your cell), you’re better off trying us at 1-800-FREE411.

    There are a couple short ads — about 10 seconds each — that keep the call free.

    Jay is absolutely correct. Google is for business listings only. So you may want to keep both in your speed dial.
